FL Studio sales their products until January 6th.
This sales event will be held from 2020.11.01 to 2021.01.06. Originally it's Black Friday sale, but period is extended.
FL Studio All Plugins editions sales until January 6th. Also, it sales upgrading price of Signature edition to All Plugins edition to 110$. As FL Studio upgrades itself during life-time freely when you once purchased it, I think it's quite rare opportunity to buy FL Studio in this price.

Also, if you are student, you could buy it even cheaper. FL Studio supports educational version of Signature edition in discounted price. You could check reseller in official site, and buy it in discounted price and upgrade it in 110$ during the sales period.
